Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the QRPOS platform. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QRPOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. If you are using QRPOS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create a workspace or otherwise use the platform.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Each workspace is a logically isolated tenant. You are responsible for managing staff access within your workspace and for the permissions you grant to your team members.

3. Subscriptions and billing

QRPOS is offered on a subscription basis across several plan tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges for the applicable billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.

Plan limits, trial periods and pricing are described on the pricing page. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes applied on a prorated basis.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use QRPOS only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform to store or process content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could disrupt service for other tenants.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into QRPOS. We process that data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may export your data at any time. On account closure, data is retained for a limited period to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Service availability

We work to keep QRPOS available and reliable, and we publish uptime targets for paid plans. However, the service is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRPOS and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding billing period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of QRPOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to our team through the contact page. We are happy to clarify any part of this document.
