Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds work for QRPOS subscriptions. Our goal is to be fair, clear and straightforward.

1. Free trials

Every QRPOS plan begins with a free trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during the trial period, as this is the best way to confirm QRPOS is right for your business before any payment is made.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining in your term, subject to review. The current month of service is not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Refund requests can be submitted through the contact page. Please include your workspace name and the reason for the request so our team can review it promptly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service, or for charges older than the most recent billing period unless required by applicable law.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the platform.
