We collect account information you provide when creating a workspace, such as your name, email address and business details. We also process the business data you enter into the platform, including products, sales, customers and vendors.

We collect limited technical information automatically, such as device, browser and usage data, to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the QRPOS service, to process subscriptions, to provide support and to communicate important updates about the platform.

We use technical and usage data to monitor performance, prevent abuse and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

Each workspace operates as a logically isolated tenant. Business data entered by one tenant is not accessible to any other tenant. Internal access is governed by a least-privilege policy.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are encrypted, and access to production systems is restricted and logged. We maintain an activity log of sensitive actions within each workspace.

We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. After account closure, data is retained for a limited recovery period and then permanently deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

You can access, export and update your data from within the platform. You may request deletion of your workspace data, and you can manage communication preferences at any time.

QRPOS integrates with optional third-party services such as payment processors and accounting tools. When you enable an integration, data shared with that service is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
